What's it about?  

Lily has gone to confront her married lover and has decided to do it in a public place. What’s worse, her lover is the prime minister of the country, just kicking off his reelection bid. C.M., the head of the Primer Minister’s security detail, has detained Lily in a hotel room. C.M. thinks she’s just there to talk Lily down, but the Prime Minister has other plans.
